We’ve upgraded our booking platform to make scheduling faster and fully self-serve. Follow the steps below to log in and manage appointments anytime.

2. Tap “Set Password”
(a new screen will pop up)
3. Enter your cell phone number
4. Follow the prompts to set your password

How to book an appointment
1. Log in at fleur.aura.site
2. Choose your service
3. Select your stylist (or choose “Any Available” if you’re flexible)
4. Pick a date and time
5. Confirm your details and finalize your appointment
How to change or cancel an existing appointment
Need to adjust something?
Please make changes through your online account for the fastest results.
1. Log in at fleur.aura.site
2. Go to “My Appointments”
3. Select the appointment you want to update
4. Choose “Reschedule” or “Cancel” and follow the prompts
Deposits and policies
(please read)
• You’ll be asked to confirm our cancellation/no-show policy by checking a box during booking.
• Some services require a deposit. If your service requires one, it will be clearly shown during checkout.
• Deposits apply toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
• Deposit/cancellation terms will be shown during booking for any service that requires one.
Loyalty points + referral credit
Your loyalty points and referral credit are tracked in your account, so you can see your balance anytime after you log in.
Details and balances are visible inside your account.
Optional secure checkout
You can securely pay from your phone through the platform if you’d like
