With a creative side and steady hand, Casie Ryan is fond of the artistic expression found in cosmetology. Honing in on her immense passion for the industry, especially color, highlights and cut variations, she is fond of blending technical skills with artistry. Casie’s specialties include blowouts, men's grooming and the ever-popular, natural-looking Balayage hair-coloring technique. Her thirst for knowledge and expertise well-position Casie for continuing education classes, where she keeps up-to-date on the latest techniques, trends and styles. She enjoys giving her clients new and exciting looks!
Annie Thomas has worked in the hairstyling industry for nearly eight years and remains higly enthusiast about advanced education opportunities and certifications. A Certified Master Balayage Expert with L’Oréal, she has taken classes from several of the industry’s best, including Wella, Redken, Brazillian and Global Keratin blowouts, Kérastase, Men’s Dept, Oribe in NYC. She’s also worked on various runway/fashion shows doing both hair and makeup and loves the creative freedom to achieve avante-gard, high-fashion looks. Marrying together her passion for hairstyling and getting to know people, she enjoys creating the whole look for her clients through both hair-coloring and haircuts, helping them to achieve the look best to suit their personalities and unique styles.
Kristianna Simmons began her career as a hair stylist with a singular goal in mind – to help people look and feel their best. Now, with nearly 20 years of experience behind her, this still remains her passion. Clients, some of whom have been with her since the beginning, love the way she creates a look unique to their style and is easy to maintain. Kristianna has trained with the industry’s best, including L’Oréal, Bumble and bumble™, Wella, Sebastian, American Crew and Eufora. Along the way, she studied with celebrity stylist duo, The Doves; taught classes in cut and color, and styled hair for fashion shows and photo shoots. Kristianna believes in the importance of continuing education and actively participates in seminars across the country allowing her to bring back with her the latest trends and techniques to clients in Denver. The moment a client sits down, Kristianna works hard to provide them a space to relax and escape the hectic pace of their day. She is a certified Reiki Master and happily provides complimentary Reiki treatments for a little extra stress-reduction upon request. In the end, her wish is for her clients to walk away feeling happy, confident and refreshed.

Tommy Bagwell is a master stylist and colorist with nearly 20 years of expertise and knowledge in professional hairdressing. With his educational foundation from Toni & Guy, he's attended many advanced learning forums from the experts at L’Oréal, Bumble and bumble™, Sebastian, Wella and Rusk in Denver, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Tommy has extensive teaching experience among his coworkers and understudies in cut, color and styling techniques; as well as leading artistic projects on photo shoots and runway shows. Tommy believes cut, color, and style should be a collaborative effort between the artist and the client. From short and funky, to long and luscious, and every style in between, he believes a client’s look should reflect their personality and lifestyle. Tommy wants his clients to leave his chair feeling absolutely beautiful, refreshed and glowing.
Dominic is a fashion forward Colorado native who is trained in Wella and Redken. He has fine tuned his skills in color trends such as Balayage, Color Melting and Ombre techniques. Dominic as also proficient in highly textured hair and permanent wave services. He loves creating new perfectly customized looks for his clients through the art of skilled cutting and coloring.
Andrea Hintz is a cosmetologist from Minneapolis, Minn., and brings with her than 12 years of experience. Her love for the industry transcends her desire for creative outlets and profound affinity of personal connections. Andrea’s biggest strengths are precision cutting, color formulation, and expert styling tailored to perfectly compliment the shapes of her clients’ faces, skin tones, lifestyles and personalities. Andrea has advanced industry training in Wells, Matrix, Kenra, and Paul Mitchell color lines. She routinely provides hair and makeup services for bridal parties, fashion shows, and burlesque performers.
A Colorado native, Lauren Di Manna’s worked in the industry for more than seven years. She comes from a background of intensive training with Wella, Sebastian, and Redken color/product lines, as well as experience with Keratin Complex, Pravana, American Crew, and Babe Hair extensions. Lauren specializes in soft, natural-looking color, seamless cuts and bombshell blowouts. Lauren was a stylist and makeup artist for multiple runway/ and fashion shows all over the Denver Metro Area, including a few non-profit events. Passionate about keeping up to date with each season's trends, Lauren actively participates in advanced educational opportunities whenever possible. Her keen eye for detail, great communication skills and warm personality help her to create custom looks and experiences for each guest who sits in her chair. Lauren’s favorite part of her work is highlighting natural beauty and seeing a positive change in each client from start to finish. "Look good, feel good" is Lauren’s motto. She’s all about making people feel beautiful.
An Athens, Ga. native, Devon Smith moved to Denver after falling in love with the city during her visits here. The Mile-High City, like Athens, shares an affinity for small business, community involvement, and great hair. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Devon launched her career in the styling industry roughly eight years ago, when her passion for helping people attracted her to the profession. She has since achieved dual licensures in Cosmetology and Barbering, and completed industry-specific training with L’Oreal, L’Oreal SOHO Academy with Jason Backe, Redken, KEVIN.MURPHY, Oribe, R+Co, PureOlogy and more. While in Athens, Devon actively participated in the community through outlets such as the Athens Fashion Collective and ESP’s Big Hearts Pageant, and has styled hair featured in “Weddings in Athens” 2014 publication.

Andrew Barbo is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in German and Spanish, as well as a Minor in French. His passion for making client interactions positive and memorable is rooted in his 22 years of client service experience, plus he’s fluent in four languages – highly valuable in Denver’s ever-growing population. Spanning his many years of client service experience, Andrew has held positions in restaurant, banking, commission/licensing and healthcare industries, managing 180 client accounts per year. As a manager, he has 11 years overseeing anywhere from 10-30 employees at a time. Andrew is actively involved in the community and is currently working with his dog to obtain a therapy dog title, which they’ll put to use volunteering at local nursing homes and hospice care centers. To operate a healthy and notable business, Andrew believes it must be actively involved in and supportive of the community in which it operates.
